Viking River Cruises Europe: Are you ready for luxury Viking Ocean Cruises 2015?

The new Viking Ocean Cruises shipping company, with capacity for 930 passengers, Viking Star was refloated on Monday, June 23, in a ceremony marking the latest milestone in the construction, before his baptism and inauguration. The traditional ceremony took place at the Fincantieri shipyard in Marghera on the outskirts of Venice, Italy.

This enthusiasm has led to orders for two additional sister ships, Viking Viking Sea and Sky "perform.

According to the tradition of Italian shipbuilding, the ceremony of the "float out" (launching) is significant because it denotes a moving ship in its final stages of construction. Floating the Viking Star began at approximately 10:30 pm. local time, when the "godmother" cut the cord to the water begins to flow in dry dock where the ship was.
